So the Dems took back the House and the Senate on Tuesday, thanks in no small part to my hour-long trek back home in order to cast my vote. I could’ve requested an absentee ballot and saved myself a lot of trouble, but that would’ve required planning and forethought: the Twin Dragons of Doom as I like to call them.
Will there really be that much of a change now? I’d like to think so, but honestly, come on. The line between Democrats and Republicans has become more blurred than Grammy Baird’s cataract-encrusted eyeballs. Here’s hoping they can prove me wrong and get something done down there on Capitol Hill.
On a side note, Mookie from Dominic Deegan had requested some pieces of filler for his page while he was away at Oni-Con. While he didn’t choose mine for the main page (a terrible, terrible mistake my friend) he did throw it up on the Fan-Art page.
