I received the news that a few people in the editorial positions at the Towerlight cracked up laughing at the Umbrella reference. No one else got it. This inspired me to write a later comic that will appear shortly.
The career fair itself was uneventful. Nobody is hiring creative types. Unless you want to sell insurance, or buy insurance, or invest in insurance, or advise people as to which insurance policy would best benefit them, then the job market is pretty slim.
Perhaps I will make a career drawing comics about insurance.
